The Story
I started JSE because I kept meeting the same business twice.
The first time, they'd been sold a website by someone who disappeared after launch. The second time, they'd been quoted forty thousand pounds by an agency that wanted a discovery retainer before it would even quote. Both had ended up in the same place: a site nobody could edit, doing a job nobody had defined.
There's a gap between those two, and it's a big one. Businesses that need real design thinking proper strategy, proper craft but not a fifteen-person agency and the overheads that come with it.
The name is the whole brief. If a thing we build makes your business more complicated, we've failed at it.
So JSE does one thing, across four services: it takes the accumulated mess of a growing business's digital presence and turns it back into something simple. One site. One brand. One route in. One set of tools that talk to each other. Fewer things to maintain than you had when we started.
We build on Wix Studio because it's the fastest way to give a client full design freedom without handing them a maintenance liability. We're a certified Wix Studio Partner, which means Wix vouches for the standard of the work and it means when something goes wrong at platform level, we have a direct line rather than a support ticket.

We agree what a thing has to say and do before we decide how it looks. Words before layouts, positioning before logos, the process mapped before the automation is wired. Slower for two weeks, faster for the other five.

You get the number before you commit. If a job runs long, that's our problem, not your invoice.

Domain, account, content, in your name from day one. No hostage situations, no exit fees.

Built to be handed over
If your team can't run it without us the site, the brand, the automation we've built the wrong thing. Training is included and recorded.

We'll say no
If a project isn't right for us, or if you'd get more from spending the budget elsewhere, we'll tell you on the first call.
