One coherent brand, instead of six versions of one.

For businesses running on a logo and nothing else — a different blue, a different font, a different tone depending on where you look.

— The Problem

The logo was never the problem. Everything around it was.

The pattern repeats: a logo commissioned early, then no time or budget to build anything around it. Every deck, every social post, every printed banner ends up reconstructing the brand from memory — a slightly different blue, a different font, a different tone. Nobody outside the business would guess it's all one company.

A brand isn't the logo — it's the system around it, and without one, every new asset costs more to make and looks less consistent than the last.

— What's included

Everything on this list, in every build.

No tiers, no “premium” upsell for things that should be standard.

Discovery & audit — everything you currently have — logo files, colours, fonts — mapped and assessed

Logo refinement — polished if it exists, built from scratch if it doesn't

Colour palette — a defined set, not whatever's left in the file

Typography system — headline and body fonts, chosen and paired

Brand guidelines — a single document everyone on your team works from

Visual direction — a photography and imagery style, so every asset looks related

Reusable templates — decks, social posts and documents, built once and reused

Business collateral — business cards, letterhead and signage, as needed

Consistency pass — existing assets checked and brought in line with the new system

Handover & training — a recorded session, so it outlives whoever attends

Full ownership — every file handed over in your name from day one

30 days post-launch support — included, not an add-on

— The process

Six to seven weeks, phase by phase.

No tiers, no “premium” upsell for things that should be standard.
01 Discovery — week 1

A working session and an audit of every existing asset — logo files, colours, fonts, anything already out there. Output: a one-page brand brief you sign off before design starts.

02 Define — week 2

The direction: colour palette, typography and the tone the brand should carry. This is the phase that decides whether the system actually holds together.

03 Design — weeks 3-4

The logo refined, or built if there isn't one yet, then the full system built out around it. Two rounds of revisions included.

04 Build — week 5

Templates, guidelines and collateral built out — decks, social, documents, whatever the business actually uses day to day.

05 Handover — week 6

The full guidelines document delivered, every file handed over, and a recorded walkthrough session — so the system outlives whoever built it.
